How It Works

1/ You fill out our sourcing form

The form enables us to know precisely the type of wine you are looking for, and we match it with our partner producers. If we do not have it in our current portfolio, we will find a producer for you.
This is why it can sometimes take about 48h before you receive your quote.

2/ We send you a tailored wine offer with the producer presentation

You’ll receive a quote with the winery that best matches your needs.
If it’s not in our current portfolio, we will find the right producer for you that is why it may take up to 48h to receive your offer.
Don’t forget to double-check your email when submitting the quiz or your account info.

3/ You can confirm the offer and contract or request samples

Once you receive your quote by email, you can either confirm the order or request samples.
Shipping terms for samples will be specified on your quote, depending on the producer’s conditions..

Please note that all prices are set by the producers, I do not apply any markup.

IMPORTANT

All sales are made under the Incoterm EXW (Ex Works).
Neither the producer nor French Soils handles the shipment of your order.
You must appoint your own freight forwarder to pick up the goods at the winery.

I will provide all the necessary export documents and assist with coordination if needed.
All import procedures at destination must be handled by you or your appointed freight forwarder.
